You may return products you are unsatisfied with within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.)

We ship via Australia post. At this point we do not ship internationally
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please inspect your items have not been damaged in transit BEFORE signing for them. We package our products very carefully, and we cannot take responsibility for products damaged in transit due to rough handling.
Lip Balms in Hot Areas
If you are purchasing items that could potentially melt in extreme heat such as lip balms, we may hold off on shipping and wait for a cooler day. Please don't have parcels left in direct sunlight as extreme heat is not good for any natural product. If you notice your products are hot or were left in the sun/hot place, take care not to tip them upside down and store them upright in a cool dry place (not the fridge) We cannot take responsibility if a lip balm leaks when you haven't stored it correctly (under 30 degrees)
